Tofu Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients
- 12 ounces silken tofu, drained
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Steps
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving to allow it to set and develop flavor.
- Serve topped with berries, shaved dark chocolate, or a dollop of coconut cream.
