Spaghetti Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 pound spaghetti, cooked
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 24-ounce jars marinara sauce
- 4 tablespoons butter, cut into 8 slices
- 8 ounces cottage cheese
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Steps
- Brown the ground beef in a pan over medium heat, then add marinara sauce and mix well. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese, sour cream, and cream cheese until smooth.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place slices of butter at the bottom of a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
- Add half of the cooked spaghetti.
- Spread half of the cheese mixture evenly over the spaghetti.
- Layer half of the meat sauce over the cheese mixture.
- Add the remaining spaghetti, then spread the remaining cheese mixture over the spaghetti, and top with the rest of the meat sauce.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Serve with garlic bread and a side of veggies!
