Kid Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain kefir
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 cup baby spinach
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds (or chia seeds)
- 1 tablespoon avocado (optional)
Steps
- Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender.
