Chili
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 15-oz can pinto beans
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 15-oz can tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- Sour cream, cheese, chips (for topping)
Steps
- Brown the beef.
- Add onions.
- Add pinto beans and tomato sauce.
- Add chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 20 minutes or until desired thickness.
- Serve with sour cream, grated cheese, and tortilla chips.
