  1. Brown the beef.

  4. Add chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  5. Simmer for 20 minutes or until desired thickness.
  6. Serve with sour cream, grated cheese, and tortilla chips.
