Avocado Lime Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 ripe avocado
• 1 lime, juiced
• 1 tablespoon water (to start, add to desired consistency)
• 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon cumin
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Steps

1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
2. Add additional water until you reach the desired consistency.
3. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
