Vegan Alfredo Sauce



  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  2. Add the cauliflower and pine nuts and boil until cauliflower is fork-tender, about 8 minutes.
  3. Drain and transfer to a blender.
  4. To the blender add the olive oil, water, garlic, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, salt, mustard, and ground black pepper to taste.
  5. Blend until creamy.
  6. Serve with your choice of pasta, mixing in pasta cooking water if needed to reach desired consistency.
