Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon flaxseed meal
- 10 dried goji berries
Steps
- Add all ingredients to a 1-pint mason jar.
- Add water to jar until there is only about 1/4 inch of space left at the top.
- Close the lid.
- Shake vigorously for five seconds.
- Place in the fridge overnight.
- Eat the next day (or up to a week later) with sliced banana, chopped strawberries, frozen blueberries, and/or any combination of fruits on hand.
Tips
- Before putting overnight oats into serving bowl, place a few tablespoons of Grape-Nuts in bowl. Don't mix Grape-Nuts into the oats, instead wait until you've eaten most of the oats.
- Add 1/4 cup oat milk after you've added Grape-Nuts, oats, and fruit.
