Overnight Oats



  1. Add all ingredients to a 1-pint mason jar.
  2. Add water to jar until there is only about 1/4 inch of space left at the top.
  3. Close the lid.
  4. Shake vigorously for five seconds.
  5. Place in the fridge overnight.
  6. Eat the next day (or up to a week later) with sliced banana, chopped strawberries, frozen blueberries, and/or any combination of fruits on hand.
