Minty Frozen Chocolate Balls



  1. In a food processor, combine all but the oats and Grape-Nuts.
  2. Process until smooth and then transfer to a large bowl.
  3. Add the oats to the bowl and mix well.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Place Grape-Nuts in a small bowl.
  6. Using a melon baller or small spoon, scoop up wet, sticky chocolate balls and one by one drop them in the Grape-Nuts and roll them around to cover the surface of the ball.
  7. Place each ball on the parchment paper and flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.
  8. Freeze the balls.
  9. Serve frozen or just slightly thawed.
