Hummus
Ingredients
- 1 15-oz can garbanzo beans
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1 1/2 T mustard
- 2 T water
Steps
- Drain and rinse the garbanzo beans.
- In a food processor, combine the garbanzo beans, garlic, lemon juice, mustard, and water.
- Optional: add freshly ground black pepper.
- Run the food processor until hummus is smooth.
- Optional: add more water to reach desired consistency.
