Green Goddess Chop Salad



  1. Combine the cabbage, cucumber, and green onions in an extra large bowl and mix well, set aside.
  2. To a blender add the lemon juice, rice vinegar, and avocado.
  3. To the blender add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Add water 1 tablespoon at a time if the dressing is too thick.
  4. Pour the dressing over the chopped salad and mix well.
  5. Dip your favorite chip!
